Who we
are |

 We
are an IATA approved Outbound Travel Agency and have been
in operation since 1975, thus making us one of the oldest
IATA agencies in Sri Lanka. From our inception, we have
catered to a select clientele and have earned a reputation
for service excellence. With our reputation attested and
endorsed by many reputed companies here and abroad, we
have gained the respect and esteem of the many Airlines
that we trade with.
In addition to our core business of Airline ticketing,
we are also the General Sales Agent for Rail Europe and
Tradewinds, for which ticketing and reservations are prepared
in-house. |

Mr. J.M.S. Brito
Mr. Rajan Brito is a Law Graduate
of London University, a Fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and
obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration
from the City Business School, London. |
|
Together
with this multi-disciplined knowledge, he also brings
with him a wealth of 25 years of international experience
working with Price Waterhouse - London, British
EverReady PLC, Minmetco Group, World Bank and PERC.
Presently Mr. Brito is Chairman, DFCC Bank and DFCC
Vardhana Bank. He is also a Director of Sri Lanka
Insurance Corporation. He is a former Chairman of
SriLankan Airlines, and was a non-executive Director
of the Strategic Enterprise Management Agency and
Task Force for Rebuilding the Nation.
Mr. Brito was appointed to the Board of Aitken Spence
& Co., Ltd. in April 2000, Managing Director
in January 2002, and Deputy Chairman and Managing
Director in April 2003. |

Mr. Gehan M. Perera
Gehan M. Perera is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He is the Managing Director of Aitken Spence Travels (ASTL) a joint venture with TUI Travel Plc the world's largest integrated tourism company. |
ASTL won recognition as the best DMC and PCO in Sri Lanka at the inaugural Presidential Awards for Excellence in Travel & Tourism in 2008.
He was the past President of Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO) and currently is an Honorary Member.
He is currently a board member of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau.
Mr. Perera counts 30 years of experience in tourism.
He played an important role in the development of the tourism sector of the Aitken Spence Group including the expansion of the hotel chain in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Mr. Perera was appointed to the Management Board of Aitken Spence Group in January 2003, Head of Travel Sector of Aitken Spence Group in October 2007 and to the Board of Aitken Spence Plc in September 2008. |

Mr. Ravi Subramaniam
Ravi Subramaniam is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of
Logistics & Transport UK. He is the Managing Director of our
Company as well as the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Aitken
Spence Travels (Pvt.) Ltd., and Ace Travels & Conventions (Pvt.)
Ltd. Mr. Subramaniam counts 30 years of experience in tourism and a
Committee Member of the Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators
(SLAITO). |
